Job Description
ArcelorMittal South Africa invites youth South African possessing Grade 12 certificates to partake in Production Learnerships, specializing in Process Operation within the Steel Manufacturing Process. This comprehensive training program incorporates structured institutional training and on-the-job experience. Assessment and progress evaluation will be integral aspects of this learnership opportunity, available at both Vanderbijlpark and Vereeniging Operations.
This apprenticeship involves a contractual training agreement. The Production Learnership encompasses training-related costs, Personal Protective Equipment, payment for institutional training, on-site personal insurance, and a monthly stipend. However, permanent employment upon completion is not guaranteed.
