Eligibility

To be considered for the role of Human Resource Clerk, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification, or an HR-related qualification.
  • Proficiency in HR-related clerical duties, including Recruitment and Selection, PILIR, Service Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management, Records Management, and administrative procedures in an HR environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation such as the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Skills Development Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, and others.
  • Skills in computer literacy, communication (both oral and written), multitasking, interpersonal relations, and customer service.
  • Additional qualifications and experience may be advantageous, including a three-year HRM Diploma/Degree, experience in HR administration, familiarity with Persal system, and knowledge of Human Resources Management principles.

Requirements
