WNS learnership is a training, mentoring, and coaching programme available to all South Africans. The programme is expected to improve the employability of the selected participants through courses that equip them with marketable skills.
The WNS learnership is suitable for both job seekers who wish to join the management or outsourcing industry and experienced employees looking to hone their expertise. The programme runs for six months at the WNS branch office in Cape Town.

Timeline of the Application and Learnership Implementation

Usually, WNS takes up to three weeks to sort and select all incoming forms. The company will contact you by phone or email via the number or email address you provided on your paper.
